Talk about a bitter-sweet moment. Today I was finally chosen to participate in a card trick. It’s a good thing too, because it was getting pretty crowded in here with these 51 other posers. Anywho… the point is I was excited to be part of a trick, and even more exciting was the fact that this trick required only one card, and I was that card, so the rest of the deck was in a pocket somewhere or something… who cares.
The catch, however, was that the trick was Paul Harris’s Ultimate Rip off. That’s right a torn-and-restored card trick. Great… of all the tricks to be a part of, this is the one?! Have you ever been torn and restored? You end up with one heck of a headache. I’m gonna take an Alka-Seltzer and hit the hay. Later.
